Volkswagen, where a Spokane brake mechanic who tragically lost his life to mesothelioma caused by asbestos-containing brakes.
Erica’s track record also includes a $10 million jury verdict for a 79-year-old mesothelioma victim and his wife whose injury arose from World War II-era take-home exposures. Erica’s work has secured millions in settlements for mechanics, insulators, construction workers, electricians, and shipyard workers across the Pacific Northwest.
